Oceanside

This piece originates from a few years back when we were vacationing in southern California and took the time to enjoy the simple beauty of a golden California sunset. There is a standing-wave mystique that exists in my mind regarding southern California that is a combination of sunset beaches and palm trees, Hollywood and Venice Beach. Of course, the reality is a lot grittier, but the patina on my perception of this magical place is lustrous.
